Canadian River Compact

Establishes a commission to allocate and apportion waters of the Canadian River in New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas and to perform all functions required by the compact either independently or in cooperation with ap¬propriate government agencies and to make and transmit annual reports to the governors and to the president on the commission's activities for the preceding year.
