National Guard Mutual Assistance Counter-Drug Activities Compact

Provides for mutual assistance and support among the party states in the utilization of the National Guard in drug interdiction, counter-drug and demand-reduction activities. Compact becomes effective when enacted into law by any two states. It seems all states are eligible to adopt this compact.
