Tahoe Regional Planning Compact
Establishes a regional planning agency with power to adopt and enforce a regional plan of resource conserva¬tion and development and to exercise various en¬vironmental controls over the Tahoe Basin. Amended in 1980 to require adop¬tion of environmental threshold capacities for the Tahoe Basin.
