Delaware River Port Authority Compact

Establishes a commission to construct bridges, develop port facilities shared in common by both states, enhance economic development in the region, promote commerce in the port district, develop and maintain a rapid transit system, and unify the ports of Philadelphia and Camden through the establishment of a subsidiary corporation. In 1952, 1964, and 1992, Congress consented to amendments that are included in the description of the compact.
